Unexplained Cases | Spiritual Showdown

Written by:  Darren Dedo Case Filed: 12/31/19 - Tombstone, Arizona Executive Producer:  Rick Garner    Tombstone, Arizona was home to Lawman Wyatt Earp, gunfighter Doc Holiday, dancing girls, saloons, gambling halls, and ladies of the night. There was something for everyone in this old dusty western town in the late 1800’s. The days of the old west are over, now, ghosts are said to haunt this quaint old town.  Kenn Barrett is a Tombstone native who is now a Wyatt Earp impersonator. He explains why many people believe the town is haunted. “Famous ghost stories here are about the shadow people. Don’t look directly at them when you are walking down the sidewalk actually at night if you look just out of the corner of your eye, you’ll see people between the buildings looking at something. Then, you look at them and then they’re gone. A very common report we get here in Tombstone,” said Barrett. The Unexplained Cases team: Darren, and his ghost hunting twin dau...

Unexplained Cases | Residential Haunting

Written by:  Darren Dedo Case Filed:  09 /25/19 - Scottsdale, Arizona Executive Producer:  Rick Garner    Some people call it one of the most haunted spots in all of Phoenix. Todd, the homeowner, says he has several ghostly guests who refuse to leave. Mediums and paranormal investigators have told Todd that three spirits are in the house: a little girl, a woman, and an angry man named Paul. My daughter, Caroline, picked up on energy right away. "It just feels weird...like anxiousness."  We quickly learned this was an intelligent haunting as we asked questions and the ghosts answered through our equipment - like the K2 meter and REM Pod. The spirits reached out from the dead via our SLS camera - which uses depth sensory and light protection technology to detect images in a 3D enviornment. It uses infrared dots to help map living - and not so living - objects - mapping them into stick figures. The K2 meter lights up when it detects changes in the elec...

In the center of town, you will also see something else: The Historic Gettysburg Hotel at One Lincoln Square. Originally built in 1787, it was then named Scott's Tavern and built by James Scott. Over the years, the hotel changed ownership and names until finally becoming the Gettysburg Hotel. Originally, the hotel's ballroom served as Gettysburg Bank in 1814 and was in business until 2000. The vault is still in the ballroom now used for events like weddings . Supposedly, this area is haunted by a spirit named Rachel. We hoped to grab a dance later with her...maybe running into one of her ghostly friends in the hotel, too! While recording b-roll of the vault, our camera captured a male dis...

We visited one unassuming and haunted location that was here during the Battle of Gettysburg and was a casualty collection point just like many buildings were used for back then. Written by:  Darren Dedo Case Filed:  05 /25/19 - Gettysburg, Pennsylvania Executive Producer:  Rick Garner 6,000 acres - that’s how big Gettysburg National Military Park is. Massive, majestic, but sobering. Walking its grounds, you can feel the pain and suffering that Union and Confederate soldiers experienced during three grueling days of intense and bloody fighting in July 1863 during the Civil War. All that pain and suffering has made this hallowed ground a paranormal hotspot. While the park is haunted so are the houses and businesses that are just outside its gates. We worked with them at the Battlefield Farmhouse. This time, we had the task of documenting paranormal activity in the South Washington Street home. “The young lady who bought this house actually bought it to ren...
